You can do a lot of things with this rig. Savage has a video to get you started. I've put it together several different ways - it's going to really work well for me.

Excellent value for the money. Solid and well built. I love the extra light mount on the leg. It comes in handy more than you think.

I bought this C-Stand while it was on B&H's Daily Deal page. So glad that I chose to grab it at nearly half the price, but, I will 100% be purchasing another even at full price.

This C-Stand is made well and is very sturdy. Everything locks into place well and has smooth motion when loosened. The added slot for another pole on the smallest leg is a game changer, albeit a little disappointing that this stand won't be able to use casters now. That being said, it is well worth the sacrifice to be able to attach two poles to it now.

The included backdrop is a nice bonus to this item. I appreciate the care that Savage took in packing the backdrop in a safe container that would ensure it was not wrinkled or damaged in transit.

Make sure you pick up a sand bag or two when buying this item! The stand is heavy and does not wobble, but you can never be too safe when mounting heavy items on top of it.

Amazing package, this stand is very sturdy. The texture feels amazing , also quite heavy! Very useful cstand! Love it so much. Love the fact that i can just throw it in tight rooms and have the light backed up into the corner of the room.

A tide bit confusing to set up at first especially if you never had one before. Other then that this c stand is well worth every penny !

We have quite a few paper rolls, so I bought 3 of these. They are a bit expensive, but a great way to store our paper rolls. I'll probably get a 4th one too.

I'm doing a lot of shooting now of large artifacts for a historical society. It was getting to be a real pain bringing in my stands and 10' roll of paper. This 5' capacity unit is more than enough to do 90% of the photography. The stand is extremely heavy duty and comes with 2 adjustable clamps, 1 paper clamp, a bar to hold paper horizontally, and a second short pole for possibly a second light. Have not had to extend the pole to 9.5', but the base and gauge of the steel will easily keep everything stable. Got this on a one-day deal, but it's worth it's normal full price in terms of utility and flexibility.

Cons: 1) The heavier weight is either a pro or con depending on preference, but a consideration for transport and location work. 2) I had an issue with one of two stands. The middle tube section was stuck. Contacted distributor who immediately responded and checked into a solution. They offered an exchange, meanwhile I disassembled it and found some excess epoxy inside. Sanded it off, reassembled and saved myself from packing everything up to ship. Not a big deal, but a quality control issue.
