A: Yes this background does include a case and a clip on the stand to hold the background from the top.

A: It folds into a third of it's open size.

A: Yes it is retractable

Q: 10. Can the white side be used as a fill card/reflector?

A: Good question. I have not tested it's reflective properties of this product. My guess is that it will to a certain extent - as will a foam core white board for a few bucks from an office supply store. But other products are designed with specific materials to optimize reflection.

Packaging is great with a traveling case for the collapsible backdrop. The only annoyance regarding storage is that there is a small attachment for the stand that seems like it may be easy to lose. It cannot remain on the stand when not in use. Still trying to figure out a good way to keep track of it so it doesn't end up lost in transit . 5

I bought this kit to shoot office headshots and portraits where a muslin backdrop and frame are too bulky or time-consuming to set up, and I'm very happy with it so far. The background is nicely finished and has good neutral tone on both grays (although the lighter gray is slightly darker than pictured, as others have pointed out). The stand is very basic, but light weight, and the inclusion of the spring-loaded top clamp makes it very simple to use in either vertical or horizontal positions. Compared to other generic collapsible backgrounds I've used (e.g. Impact) the fit/finish is high, and worth the little price premium. Recommended. 5
