Q: 3. Will this be able to fit My Lee Seven 5 filter pouch?

A: The Seven 5 pouch is about the same size as the AVEA 5 so I think it would not be a practical solution. Unfortunately, I am not seeing an availible Billingham outer pouch that is big enough.

A: The interior dimensions of the Billingham AVEA 5 Pouch are 4.3" x 2.4" x 5.9" (110mm x 60mm x 150mm ). The dimensions of the (now discontinued) Sekonic L-758Cine DigitalMaster Light Meter are 3.5 x 6.7 x 1.9" (90mm x 170mm x 48mm). Unfortunately, the Sekonic L-758Cine DigitalMaster Light Meter is too tall to fit inside the Billingham AVEA 5 Pouch and allow the case to close.

A: Technically the Billingham AVEA 5 Pouch could carry the 2 lenses you mentioned but you would need to stack them on top of each other with the front facing out. Such a configuration would not be ideal in my opinion.
