Q: 3. I have a 27 , 19.4lbs. monitor attach to this stand. No matter how much I tighten the retaining bolt, the monitor always sags downwards. How can I keep my monitor held upright with this system? Thanks.

A: I have the same exact issue with my 24 inch monitor that is attached to the right side. Left side is perfect but ride side sags down ever so slightly. I have accepted it as is. Very weird.

Q: 5. I am building a custom desk and want to know how much clearance I should leave in the back in order to use this mount. Would two inches be enough? I Plan to have a crossbar run along the back of the desk but I want to have it be far enough into the desk for this to fit

Q: 10. The manual says Input Power 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz 2.8A Max (125 watts/1.0a@120v) But the back of the tv says 110VAC no mention of 220-240VAC, is it safe to plug into my 220VAC socket?
