The black Domke F-5XB Shoulder/Belt Bag Limited Edition Ripstop Nylon can be used as a camera bag or remove the Gripper shoulder strap and thread it through the belt loop for an instant waist/hip pack. The bag can hold an SLR or rangefinder camera, one or two lenses, filters, film, and accessories. There is a zippered, padded main compartment lined with touch fastener material, a long thin compartment on the front of the bag, and a U-shaped pad that makes a compartment for papers.

A: The Domke F-5XB RuggedWear Shoulder and Belt Bag (Military Green) is large enough for the Sony a7 II with an attached 24-105mm, f4 lens. The camera will need to go sideways. So that leaves you with room for about one more lens.

Q: 2. Several older reviews mention the waxiness of the bag and that it comes off on your hands. Is that still true in 2022?

A: Yes. Was true with the original Domke was bit heavy on the wax but has now been accommodated and fixed. No wax issues on our end.

Q: 3. Use for this would be a canon 5d mk 3 with a 50 1.2 and a 24 1.4 plus a 9.5 inch iPad. Wiill this bag work? Thanks.

A: Yes, everything, except the Ipad, I do not think it will fit in the rear pocket.

A: Yes you can use the Domke FA-031 U.S. Post Office Shoulder Pad BH #DOSP as a detachable shoulder pad accessory. When the bag strap is fully extended is46'' long.

A: Unfortunately, the front pocket of the Domke F-5XB RuggedWear Shoulder and Belt Bag cannot accommodate an iPad.

A: The dimensions for an SX70 folded are 17.5 x 10 x 2.5 cm and the interior of the Domke is 24.1 x 10.2 x 15.2 cm so it will easily fit.

Had ordered several Domke small shoulder bags in olive for last 5 years [lenses and cameras], but figured I need a skosh more room for my Fuji XE3 plus 23mm f2 and 35 f2 lenses, plus a Nissin i40 Flash. This bag nails my needs! This bag encompasses my fully automatic rig efficiently. Nice material and strap; and just a bit lighter than the typical waxed canvas bags. Nice! 5

This bag is well made, my two Leica M's with two lenses 35 / 90 fit in the bag even though its tight. The outside material is great, they deliver it with the wax can separately so you can decide yourself if you want to have a smeary cotton bag or not. 5

I love my Domke bag! It feels very sturdy and well made. It’s not too big nor too small for my needs. I carry it everywhere (in the city and on my long hikes), as I like to always have my dslr camera with me. It can fit with ease my Sony A camera with its 60mm lense, 2 replacement batteries, my wallet, my keys, tissues and my large cell phone. I also like the water resistant feature, as I don’t get overly stressed when walking in cloudy/rainy weather. I really, really love the shoulder strap; once I adjust it where I like, it does not move a milimiter!!! Even if I walk and run for hours on the trails, the strap does not loosen up at all, and remains in the exact same initial adjusted position (I used to suffer with other, cheaply made camera bags in the past in this respect). Lastly, I like the particular color of my bag (green rugged wear); even if the bag gets dirty over time, it does not show as much :) 5

Just right to carry my DSLR body, a 18-55mm lens and a 70-300 long lens! A sleeve pocket inside holds a spare battery, battery charger, lens cloths and small notepad. The hook and loop fastening design on the covering flap makes for easy and quick access! (and under the covering flap there is a zipper closure for even more security). 5

Love the build, looks and quality of this bag. It's not that big but big enough to secure my Sony A6400 with 55-135mm lens on, additional lens and a Diety shotgun mic. It's unobtrusive in its size and color and looks like it'll last longer than I will! 5

Just what I was looking for to use when spending a day wandering around town or for other day outings. Easily holds my camera, a couple extra lenses, spare battery, and spare SD cards while remaining small, light, and unobtrusive. I've only had it a short time, so it hasn't really been abused yet, but the build quality seems really good. 5
