Use the aluminum ARRI Standard Studio Bridgeplate with two tapered, 12" 15mm rods to easily mount and unmount your camera and accessories. The studio-offset rods are spaced 100mm apart. One 1/4"-20 and one 3/8"-16 screw allow mounting a variety of cameras, and the plate locks and slides up and down the rods with the use of a locking lever.

The studio bridgeplate can easily slide onto a separately available ARRI standard dovetail plate for additional leverage and mounting options, and locking levers secure the bridgeplate to the dovetail.

A flat screwdriver is provided to tighten the mounting screws, and it can be attached to the bridgeplate with a magnet.

A: ARRI does not state the thread size of the screw on the ARRI LMB 15mm Studio Rod Adapter.

A while back I ordered the iKan Stealth V2 shoulder mount system for my Canon XF300. I have been using that system as my complete base rig for my camera setup. As I began purchasing more and more add-ons (monitor, wireless mic receiver, etc...) it became clear that 12 inch rods that came with the system weren't going to cut it. Having been quite pleased with the quality and durability of my iKan rig, I decided to go with these iKan rods to expand upon it. I made a good choice.These rods are amazingly high quality for their price. They are hollow in the core, making them lightweight, but are still extremely durable. They do not flex or give at all. They have a great anodized finish that doesnt chip or flake with little bumps and scrapes. I'm very happy with them.When it comes down to it, rods are the heart and soul of any camera rig. And, just like a building foundation, you want them to be sturdy and secure. These definitely do the trick, and at a cost that won't break the bank.Just a note: These rods are hollow cored as I mentioned earlier. You can hold them up and look right through them. They have no end caps and are not threaded at the end like some other brands. I would have ranked these 4 stars because of the lack of this feature, but I was fully aware when ordering that they were not threaded at the ends. Therefore, they are 5 stars for what I knew I was ordering. 5

affordable alternative to redrock or zacuto rods. Thick wall construction makes them extra sturdy. black anodizing makes accessories slide easily on them vs. powdercoated. 5

An integral part of my Cinevate/DIY DSLR shoulder rig. I'm sure carbon fiber rails are great but these can't be beaten at this price. 5

I would NOT recommend carbon rods this size!! with BIG lenses we NEED metal rods.. if you want them to remind straight :) and they are very light actially... compare to RIG in general ... 5

These rods are 18 inches long. There's two of them, and they're black. I don't think they bend. They're 15 millimeters in diameter. They work! What more do you need at this price? 5
