The Prompter People RoboPrompter Junior Teleprompter with 19" Reversing Monitor features a 19" 1000 cd/m² reversing monitor, 60/40 20" beamsplitter glass, and a 20' reading range. The teleprompter is well suited for use with standard-size PTZ cameras, as the wide beamsplitter provides for a wide amount of left-right panning. The teleprompter comes with an aluminum extrusion frame, which enables mounting the camera to the prompter without requiring counterweights. You can mount the camera to the prompter and mount that setup to your tripod in a traditional manner.

Flip-Q Pro software, with a dual-screen scrolling engine, reverses the secondary PC or Mac laptop output without reversing the operator's display. This enables the use of less expensive non-reversing VGA displays without sacrificing the functionality or performance. It features an RTF text editor, and allows you to import RTF and TXT files. Additionally, Flip-Q Pro software offers color background, preset font size, color, style, black and white fonts, user selectable cue points, run lists, run from selected cursor, and selectable cue marker. The software comes on a USB dongle, so that it can be used on multiple computers. Just plug the dongle into the computer you want to use at a given time.

Transitioning into the video world from the audio world, the DJI Transmission takes me to a pro level on many levels

Way lighter and brighter than my old 1303. Love it!

I own a lot of teradek and I'm really loving this DJI system. HDMI should be output instead of input, but I don't plan to use that anyway so whatever. The range is crazy and people say there is latency but I've done tests and it's not perceivable when I compared to teradek. 1ms vs 5ms is too small to notice since you're only getting 24 fps output which would be .5 to 1 frame of delay. I'm not sure why I see people saying the delay is more because I used a camera to record a stopwatch in slow motion on my phone and there was barely a measurable difference let alone a perceivable one.

I come from the world of Teradek and I gotta say this DJI system is awesome. It's seamless... receiver turns on... transmitter turns on... and it's connected. And I've never lost transmission for all my shoots which includes long range down rivers in Alaska. The price is low which gives me the freedom to just hand to a client and I'm not worried if they beat it up. Picture is crystal clear. I added some tilta wooden handles and it's slick. Hoping DJI comes out with a dedicated Rx though - this system is currently limited to only the Tx and the 7" video Rx.

Used this for a 4 day shoot around water, and through crazy amounts of concrete. Not a single dropped frame, and the visibility of the screen, and battery life were to die for. We're transitioning our production company to these away from Teradek from now on.

As a full-time 1st AC who loves his 1303, this monitor ticks all the boxes with all the new features I was looking for. They really thought of everything you may need.

Pros:
Lightweight
Durable
Bright ($250 for a sunhood? C'mon now)
Plenty of I/O
Sharp
Page OS and features
Lots of mounting points
8 User preset buttons

Cons:
Still waiting for dual and quad split (via future firmware update)
New wheel selector takes some getting used to
Speaker cover, clips for screen protector, and SD card cover seem a bit flimsy

Absolutely loving this Cine 13. Beautiful panel (albeit crunchy as with most SmallHDs). On SmallHD 1303s I had noticed a faint diagonal pattern on the panel, and the Cine 13 has none of that.

Very solid construction, feels like it'll be as durable as I need it to be on set. The ARCA Swiss dovetail on the back is handy. Many many mounting points for various accessories. I particularly love the cheese rail on the bottom of the monitor - handy for mounting my focus hand unit. And I love how thin the monitor is on the whole.

My only REAL gripe with it is the new joystick / style - the joystick is recessed into a rotating wheel. The wheel can be used to scroll through most things (which is great) but when I need to use the joystick it can be hard to move directionally without clicking the center / enter button.

Small insignificant gripes: the standard screen protector has some thin plastic pieces that feel like they will break easily. There's a small sliding door on the front of the monitor that also feels thin and fragile. There's a pattern (solely aesthetic) in the front face's plastic on the lower right that imitates a speaker grate, but is easily marred because it's so fine. The fan on the back of the monitor makes a faint warbly whirring sound.

But overall, absolutely loving this monitor!

This is the lightest 7inch monitor I ever owned. The screen is great and colours quite similar to the S5ii X. Interestingly 500nits (half brightness) was sufficient for use at 4pm in Malaysia. The ability to turn off the touch screen with a switch, and safety battery catch are much welcome.

Do hope the UI gets improved to not shrink the displayed image in future (Make it an overlay instead).

An almost perfect monitor!
lightweight, good brightness on screen. only downside is that the monitor should have a built-in power supply ....

Great peace of equipment. Great range and really haven't had any problem on the dozen or so jobs I've done. I've been using NP batteries which haven't been lasting too long. I find that 2x DJI batteries keep the transmitter alive for a full day pretty much. I'd recommend the gold mount bat to keep the transmitter and monitor powered all day.

CON: No AC power for anything. The limo cable is only designed to plug into the DJI Ronin. Really dislike the lack of AC. Will likely end up getting a dummy battery to get around it.
