Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. it works with X32 Baringer?

A: The Klark Teknik DN9680 will not work with the Behringer X-32, as it does not operate correctly at 48K. You may consider either the DN9610 or DN9620.

Q: 2. will this card work with PC based DAWS?

A: Yes. It provides 400 Mbit/second throughput to transfer your high-track count session to popular software DAWs on Mac and PC via USB 2.0.

Q: 3. Is this price for a pair?

A: The Klark Teknik DN9620 AES50 Extender is a single unit.

Q: 4. Will this convert 96k from my Midas to 48k so I can record 48ch at one time? Doesnt it take two aes50 cables to get 48 channels one way into something. My desk runs at 96k but Id be ok recording at 48k but Im guessing I would need a converter to go from 96k to 48k.

A: We cannot answer this question via this forum. Please contact us via e-mail at: audio@bandh.com.

Q: 5. Can you use this to control and record directly from a Midas 32/16 stage box with preamps without a mixer?

A: You can record with this unit from a Midas stage box, but not control the mic preamp's remotely without a mixer.

Q: 6. Is it 5V 3A total? or per port?

A: The C2G 7-Port USB 2.0 Hub includes a 5V 3A power supply to power the entire hub.

Q: 7. when paired with Klark Teknik DW 20BR Stereo Wireless Bluetooth Receiver. what is the latency?

A: The latency is approximately 7.5 Milliseconds, barely discernible. This is not a bluetooth unit the Klark Teknik AIR LINK DW 20T is a stereo 2.4 GHz wireless transmitter.

Q: 8. Will this record the 32 mono channels coming in or just a stereo channel of the mix in the board?

A: This would allow for multi track when used with appropriate mixing board. The Board needs AES50 connection.

Q: 9. What is the latency? Would it satisfy a live software-based keyboard rig?

A: Unfortunately the manufacturer has not published those spec's.

Q: 10. Can you use two DN9630's at one time on a Mac? Can you create an aggregate device with both devices plugged into a mac?

A: Just one at a time may be used. They cannot be aggregated via the Mac's USB port.
