$644.85 $806.06

This black Lowepro FreeLine Backpack 350 AW is a versatile bag that features two primary configurations. Inside its spacious main compartment, a removable, folding partition system forms three shelves that can be used to store camera, video, audio, or digital media equipment. The shelves can accommodate a DSLR camera kit with a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens, and to enhance the ability to organize the contents, a Lowepro Gear Box equipment pouch is included. Cords, adapters, and other essentials for the devices carried by the FreeLine Backpack 350 AW can be inserted within the Gear Box, keeping them organized and available. Complete access to the FreeLine Backpack 350 AW's interior is enabled by a zippered rear panel, while two zippered side openings further complement the folding partition system and Gear Box. While in use, the folding partition system's shelves and the Gear Box itself can be reached when the bag is rotated from one's back to front with either side opening facing upward. Each side opening also provides interior organizational pockets for memory cards, batteries, or other accessories that are frequently exchanged when an item is removed or placed within a bag.

When the FreeLine Backpack 350 AW is worn, a dedicated compartment for 15" laptops rests directly behind the shoulders, followed by the main compartment, and a front-facing pocket for items that need to be accessed quickly and conveniently, such as a pair of sunglasses or music player earphones. Positioned above the backpack's base, the laptop compartment helps minimize the effect of any bumps or shocks upon its contents. Along the exterior of each zippered side opening is a large, open pocket that can hold a water bottle, tripod, monopod, or trekking pole; any one of which can be secured using a locking strap above each pocket.

The FreeLine Backpack 350 AW can be carried using its built-in top handle, or by its adjustable shoulder straps. A zipper along the inner edge of the strap which rests over the wearer's left shoulder opens to reveal a pull-out smartphone pocket that accommodates even large-screen mobile devices. When traveling over difficult or uneven terrain, the bag's waist belt transfers weight to the hips for additional comfort, while the sternum strap further limits unintentional shifting around the wearer.

Featuring durable, weather-resistant nylon construction, this backpack's attachment webbings along its sides and on the face of its front panel allow for pouches with external straps such as the Gear Box to be clipped or tied to this bag's surface. While traveling with a rolling case that features a dual-column telescoping handle, a pass-through band across the center of the FreeLine Backpack 350 AW's rear panel allows this bag to be mounted onto such handles for added convenience.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can I order a replacement rain cover for this ?

A: For this replacement part, please contact LowePro. Lowepro Tel: (877) 412-7467 Website http://www.lowepro.com/ Email info@lowepro.com./

Q: 2. Will the 350 aw ii fit a gripped D850 with 500mm pf attached or should I go with the 450 aw ii?

A: This bag should just fit the D850 with grip and the 500mm pf lens.

Q: 3. Can I carry a D5 with 200-400mm f/4 VR attached with the hood inverted, a Nikon AF-D ED 80-200mm f/2.8 and a Sigma 24-70 2.8 Ex Dg in this model or should I upgrade to the 450 AW II? Many thanks

A: You will be best served with a larger/taller bag: the combined length of the D5 and the 200-400mm lens is about 18" and the 350 AW II has an interior camera compartment measuring 15.4". The 450 AW II's camera compartment measures 16.5", which is actually still a bit short to be ideal. If you remove the lens from the camera body, you should be able to fit everything into the smaller 350 AW II bag.

Q: 4. How big/long is the waist belt?

A: According to Lowepro, they state that their waist belt standard is 150cm, or about 60 inches, which would be the length of the built-in waist belt on the Lowepro Whistler Backpack 350 AW II (Gray).

Q: 5. Is it comfortable carrying camera & lens weight without a waistband?

A: I've used the backpack for a whole week in Iceland, it was packed with Canon 80D, 24-70 F2.8, 70-200 F2.8, Mavic Pro + 3 x Batteries, 430 ex Flash Gorilla Pod and Gopro + 3 small Acc's. Yeah all of that fit in it. It was very heavy and I didn't use or feel the need to use the chest strap or the waist strap for that matter. It was fine. the longest hike was 5 km's on mainly flat rocky surface.

Q: 6. Can it hold a 16" Macbook Pro?

A: The laptop compartment for this bag is 9.8" x 0.6" x 15.7"

Q: 7. Hi guys, will a Canon 5D Mark IV with lens attached fit? And any possibility of a Canon 1DX with 50mm prime lens fitting?

A: The camera compartment on the Lowepro FreeLine Backpack 350 AW (Black) is 9.8 x 6.29 x 12.59 inches. The 5d Mark IV should fit fine. The 1DX IV will be tight.

Q: 8. Can I buy the insert separately? I'd like to have two inserts that I can swap.

A: While the insert is removable, we do not carry it separately. This can only be obtained through LowePro directly.

Q: 9. Hi, will a canon rebel t6i with a Tamron 100-400mm Lens attached fit? Tamron 100-400 dimensions are the same as a 70-200mm f/2.8

A: The Lowepro FreeLine Backpack 350 AW (Black) could fit the Canon EOS Rebel T6i DSLR Camera with the Tamron 100-400mm f/4.5-6.3 Di VC USD Lens for Canon EF attached vertically. It could not be stored sideways.

Q: 10. Can I fit a Macbook Pro 2018 15.4 in this backpack?

A: Yes and with the sleeve also.

I had a same size Lowepro back pack that i recently took to a trip to Olympic NP. 3 Side opening and top separate space for other things for snacks, accessories, protein shake and stuff.
I broke the side zip.
Needed a replacement. This size is perfect.
I take a big Think Tank bag to carry all the stuff and this smaller bag for Nikon Z6 with 24-70 attached and another lens based on the type of location.
I prefer this smaller bag as I cannot stuff too much into the bag. I often do, when i go on hikes. The the more I stuff, the heavier it gets on the trails to carry
Haven't used it yet. But i like it, expensive though, yet no so much as PD or Wandrd.
Feature wise, i was going to buy an accessories pouch for my filters, this bag has it, was going to buy Gorilla Pod 3k, this bag comes with it.
I liked the removable dividers as it turns the bag into everyday back pack which doesn't scream DSLR bag.
This bag is so cute, I don't feel like getting it dirty on a beach or on a trail, lol
