Rosco Fluorescent Lighting Sleeves/Tube Guards are a very reliable and cost-effective system for easy control of tough lighting scenarios- especially under fluorescents. In addition to the financial benefits of the sleeves, they protect against the potential disaster of glass shattering by containing the lamp within the end caps.

Rosco sleeves are constructed of a solid polycarbonate tube within which is held the specific filter. The choice of filters and combination of filters is endless - there are complete Roscolux, Cinegel or E-Colour color filter lines - something for every venue, every photographer, every cinematographer.

A: They are frosted on the front of the glass housing.

Q: 4. I have the Wistro AD600B (not the pro) will this bulb work?

A: This flash tube is only compatible with the AD600 Pro. Unfortunately, we do not carry the flashtube for the AD600B at this time.

Q: 5. Can the bulb be replaced with bare hands or is it affected by oils?

A: This flashtube has a protective dome which would not be affected by the natural oils on our skin, but it's always good practice to handle any flashtubes or modeling lamps with a gloved hand.

Q: 6. can you use outside is it wind proof?

A: Unfortunately, this truss system is not wind-proof when used outdoors. One of the best ways to secure this system against wind is to add sandbags to each stand. The Impact Filled Saddle Sandbag (20 lb, Black), B&H # IMSBFB20 would be a great option to consider. https://bhpho.to/3ahwhfT

A: I think it is best to hang sheet film by one corner and let it drip dry, after a 15 second photo-flo bath.

Q: 10. Hi,Would you happen to know the new focus distance, when I use this tube? Also, is it possible to use the tube for normal shooting or can I only use it for macro work?Thank you for the response...Regards,Johnny

A: The new minimum focus distance when using this extension tube would depend on the focal length of the lens you are using along with the lenss native magnification. You would really only want to use the extension tube for macro work. When using extension tubes, the lens looses the ability to focus at infinity, so would no longer be able to focus on objects in the distance.
