A: I dont have any charger like that but I had a similar experience with a battery charger for a Milwaukee electric munual cutter. The charger didnt startcause I plug it with the battery on. So I had to plug it alone first and anything happened, until I place the battery as indicated in the battery holder, after that a red light appeared, it turned Green thirty minutes later to show battery was fully charge, and its the way the God damn thing Works. I suggest that person to experiment before calling the dealer..
