Since the Milvus ZE lens uses and electronic aperture, you will need a 3rd party adapter that allows control of the aperture via the camera body.

A: I adapt Nikon mount lenses to EF mounts all the time without issues. It will not effect image quality at all. I do suggest buying good adapters though so there's no play in the lens mounts.
