This Benro Lens Adapter is designed to enable the use of a Benro FH150 Master 150mm Filter Holder on a Sigma 20mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens. It features an integrated compression ring with dual locking knobs and an aluminum-alloy construction for durability while remaining lightweight.

With its locking knobs in their open position and facing toward the Sigma 20mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art lens, installation of the lens adapter is easily accomplished by sliding it onto the lens's built-in hood. Four detents along the inner rim of the lens adapter ensure optimal positioning of the lens and that the lens hood does not conflict with any filters placed within a Benro FH150 Master 150mm Filter Holder. Both locking knobs can then be turned to their closed position as clearly labeled along the rear of the lens adapter for a secure fit.

This is an outstanding addition to my Canon 5DsR. The Canon lens I had been using never produced enough sharpness or contrast to utilize the 50 megapixel image of my camera. The Sigma 20mm Art lens proved it's reputation on the first image.

The lens is built like a tank. You get that impression when the package arrives, before you see it. It's heavy, solidly built and feels very good in the hand (it's nearly as heavy as the 70-200mm F2.8). With a lens that heavy and well built, you'd expect it to have great picture quality and...it doesn't disappoint. I've used the lens professionally for real estate photography and expect to use it on other projects as well. It's bright, fast and wide—perfect for architectural, landscape and night skies (I experimented just one night with a few pictures and wow! It's awesome). I've experimented shooting wide open at 1.4 - 2.0 and didn't see a noticeable difference in sharpness, although I preferred shooting at around 1.8 - 2.0. I highly recommend it!

This lens is truly very sharp the only con that I could think of is, that it's very heavy and bulky and image stabilization would've been a nice addition if I come to think about it !

From a mathematical perspective, this is the best lens for astrophotography because in 25 s it could guzzle so much light with a F/1.4 aperture. While it is true that you could have a longer exposure time with the 14 mm F/1.8, but the F/1.4 aperture size makes the difference.

Another advantage is that the 20 mm is not as wide as 14 mm, giving a slightly more pronounced view of the Milky Way core. Just an awesome lens.

Yep, it is big. Yep, it is wide, and yep, it is fast. Sets a new standard for low-light WA performance. Exceeds the performance of my Canon 24/1.4 (Mk I) by quite a distance. I don't miss the ability to use screw-in filters, and the slip-on lens cap is secure; it fits tightly enough that it will not come off due to gravity. The only negative I can find is the rather significant focus adjustment required. On my Canon 6D body, there was significant back-focus at longer distances out of the box. Calibrating with the Sigma USB dock was straight-forward, and the offset at infinity for my body was -12, more than i expected. Still, the lens now hits very reliability from less than a foot to infinity.

I purchased this lens for night exposures. I am not a fan of stacking so this fits my style and the lens has worked even better than expected. I do shoot at f1.4 for about 15-20 seconds at ISO 500-600. This is underexposing a bit, l but the RAW file works nicely and, the noise is acceptable and the reduced ISO looks great on an enlarged print

Just took it out of the box for Christmas and shot a couple of test shots. Nice solid feel and great in low light so far.

I got this today, not from B and H BTW, I do buy from B and H just didn't this time. All of my test so far have been at 1.4, this was a big concern for me. I was astounded at the lack of blooming and how sharp and contrasty the image was wide open. This as many know is very rare in DSLR lenses. At $$this is a steal.
