Q: 1. Does this come included with a 100mm half ball leveler?

A: The item comes as shown in the photograph. The 100mm ball leveler would need to come from whatever tripod head you are using it with. It does come in a pretty cool bag as well as a set of extra screw on feet for different surfaces.

A: I have used this upside down. It held camera fine until there was a bit of a bounce on the rigging, The feet came out of the rubber sockets, luckily I had safety chained the camera to the rigging.

A: A 3/8"-16 Low-Profile Tie-Down Adapter is defined as being included, but to properly mount any devices and achieve proper leveling, we recommend a half ball leveling adapter.

A: Since there are 3 accessory ports which are 3/8 -16 female with a 1/4 -20 insert you can attach most monitor arms. I've attached an example but there are many on the market.
