I now own 15 of these binders holding transparencies and negatives. They're sturdy, transportable, close securely, and are not fancy. They're priced right for a storage solution. I'm sure as the archive grows I'll be buying more. Each film or page is indexed to a thumbnail scan on my computer; so once I've found the thumbnail I can just go right to the negative; i.e., page 23 in book 8. Each binder holds about 60-70 pages.

Very good quality product. Easy to open and close. Keeps the negatives clean and well protected whilst in transit. You can store prints in the case as well without a problem. I highly recommend this product to anyone when is shooting film and wants to protect their negatives for future use.

I have been using these archival binders for many, many years, having 1000's of letters and talks, which are anything between 80 and 100 + years old, to file. After many attempts at finding a company that would have these binders available at all times I finally found B&H and have never been disappointed. They are wonderfully service oriented company!

These archival storage boxes are an inexpensive way to keep film, negatives, and prints safe, secure, and dust free. They also conveniently stack and look decent on the shelf.

These are amazing boxes and I have been buying them for decades to store my negatives. I also recommend them every year to my students, as preserving your work from the beginning is essential.

Just bought another set of these. The first set has to be well over a dozen years old - and my neg and slides are still safe and secure in them, despite lots of moves and bumps. If you're serious about long term storage - get these.

I own a bunch of these binders. I use the white ones for positives (slides in my case), the black ones for negatives, and the gray ones for everything else. For instance, Polaroids or other prints.

While the latches are fiddly and somewhat hard to open, they sure do stay shut. Also, the box is extremely sturdy. I had to hold up a shelf once, and a couple of these worked as well as a milk carton.
