A: No, flyaways are not covered by the DJI Care Refresh. The damaged drone must be available to request a repair or replacement. However, if the flyaway was caused by a manufacturer's defect you can open a ticket with DJI support and they can examine the flight logs and make a determination.

So if you buy your drone from B&H and your excited to fly on your first day you can't because you won't have your DJI refresh code maybe in 3 days.
