    A: Unfortunately we are only able to sell DJI care refresh with the drone at time of purchase.

    A: This must be purchased with new aircraft/gimbal camera.

    Q: 3. How does this work? If I purchase Care Refresh at the same time I purchase the Air 2S drone is the Care Refresh automatically bound to the aircraft or do I need to download a code or something and bind it myself?

    A: To complete the care refresh process, you will need register the service to the drone with activation license code. The drone and care refresh need to be purchased together, to purchase the care refresh.

    A: If you buy it from B&H the same time you buy the drone it can take a few days to come through in email. So if you buy your drone from B&H and your excited to fly on your first day you can't because you won't have your DJI refresh code maybe in 3 days. You have to wait for your DJI refresh code then register because if you register then you get the code after 3 days you will not be able to use it. That's my understanding
