A: It is a 5 piece foam set. Two of the layers for the base and lid are solid, and three of the layers for the case are cubed so they can be cut out as desired.

A: No. In fact, there is no vendor for that type of service. Even if there was, it would cost much more than the foam, itself. Do what I did - layout the cubes of foam you want pulled, then pay a kid to pull the cubes to spec.
