Windows 10 pro is Up To Date, All Drivers are up to date and everything works except when I need to do a "Restart" it is a real pain when I have to do a major update I need to pull the card or the update does not get done. Does anyone else have the same Problem?

A: This is a sounding like a limitation on that PCI-e port. Now if its just to hold sample data, and not bootable it might be best to see if the bios has initialization of all formatted drives before start up disabled, and see if you have better results.
