Super force feedback wheel once you get it updated. Make sure to restart your computer after downloading firmware software, or it wont load it on windows 10, took me quite awhile to figure this out. Update firmware. When you are using on xbox make sure you turn off gamepad controller or the system won't recognize wheel as the controller.

I had the old Ferrari F430 FFB wheel and this is a nice improvement. Be sure and update the firmware (on a PC) so avoid any problems. The wheel itself is not terribly heavy, I have ordered the Thrustmaster Leather 28 GT wheel to try out a heavier wheel.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas along with the shifter.� He had no issues� Installing it and it quite happy with it.

For the mid range wheel setups (between high end direct drive setups and low end without FF or with lower quality FF) The TX base is a great option, the force feedback was easy to adjust to a comfortable point for games like DiRT Rally. The cooling fan does a great job, turns off appropriately, and is fairly quiet. The paddles are comfortably large, there are plenty of buttons to map, and the leather wheel feels nice, however i often use gloves because FF can cause the leather wheel to rub my fingers raw after extended use. The pedals are adequate, and the brake pedal has a conical rubber piece to offer gradual resistance, and it does it quite well. Just make sure the stand you put it on has good grip with the floor, that brake is stiff with the mod. I would have preferred this special edition package to come with T3PA pro pedals, but the standard ones are good enough for me. I would recommend this to someone getting into sim racing that wants a great experience without spending too much $$ (like me) or someone upgrading a previous setup that doesn't care for the separately sold pro pedals. If I were to buy a setup again, I would instead buy the servo base, T3PA pro pedals, and an add-on wheel with a larger diameter. #sweepstakes

The breakaway cable (old style 360) is what it comes with. And it is too short with the cable that ties to the wheel to be farther than a few feet away. Buy a longer breakaway cable if you can, or a USB extension cable that 'will work' with the xbox. The product itself is outstanding, and if you are expecting to use a wheel for a long time, get this one IMO!

I already had the non-force feedback Ferrari wheel. Upgrading to the the force feedback version is amazing. Thank you for the great service.

The Thrustmaster TX is one of the best Enthusiast level force-feedback steering wheels out there. This servo base, which also comes with a table clamp, is the exact replacement for that servo base.
