Q: 10. What is the battery life after power is disconnected?

A: There is no simple answer to that question, as it depends on what the load is. It could be 30 minutes or it could be 5 minutes. A small, low power computer with the monitor not on battery might last 30-40 minutes, where a PC with a large power supply, high power video card, 4 hard drives, and three 27 monitors all connected to battery will go pretty fast. If you know the actual power requirements of your connected gear, you can approximate with your own math. If unsure, get a bigger unit.

My wife and I purchased this for one of our computers and peripherals. It is excellent, easy to set up. Cyber Power makes several models, each with a certain capacity to handle computers and peripherals. We're very happy with our purchase and would recommend it to others.

I should add that we first called B&H Photo to ask about options for the equipment that we wanted to protect. The agents very knowledgeable. And this was one of his recommendations.
