A: Yes, the Manfrotto 529 Hi Hat with 100mm Bowl is compatible with the Sachtler aktiv12T Touch & Go Fluid Head with SpeedLevel & 7-Step Drag (100mm).

A: it has mounting options. You'll need to buy OTC simple hardware.
