Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. does this cable work for Intuos pro?

A: The Wacom One Pen Tablet L-Shaped USB-C Cable is only rated for Wacom One tablets.

Q: 2. Will this work with the latest 11" ipad pro? I'm interested in using the ipad pro to present vugraphs through a vga interfaced projector at our local library.

A: Apple doesn't state you have to use their original USB Type-C adapter cable for compatibility. This adapter should work with an iPad Pro with a USB Type-C port.

Q: 3. will it work with the 2016/2017 MacBook?

A: Yes. Just remove the existing adapter and connect the extension cable.

Q: 4. Plugged in both (verified) monitors, inserted mini HDMI into laptop. Nothing. Laptop does not "see" either monitor. Laptop previously "saw" a single monitor through its full HDMI port. Tried rebooting. Nothing -- help?

A: You mentioned a mini HDMI cable, which does not sound right. Please contact us by phone or chat to get help with your situation.

Q: 5. Just following up - I purchased this product and tested/confirmed the microphone input is NOT stereo?

A: The mic input on the BOYA EA2L is a 3.5mm TRS connector which delivers two channels of audio (left and right). Most microphones that use this type of connector provide a dual mono output which means that the audio on both channels is the same. In general, most microphones are dual mono unless they are dedicated stereo microphones with two separate mic elements designed to pickup different sounds on the left and right. So the type of connector used on the microphone does not determine the pickup pattern of the mic.

Q: 6. I have 210 and want to use it run my projector. I downloaded and hooked it up and will not connect. What is probably my problem?

A: Please email a full description of your set up including the items you are using to AskBH@a href= http://BHPhoto.com target= _blank BHPhoto.com/a for additional assistance.

Q: 7. Responding to last question's answer - I am using a music device that outputs a stereo signal to microphone inputs over 3.5mm TRS, I am definitely not using a dual mono mic. I am a music producer and can easily check if a signal is stereo or not in my DAW, and have tried everything. I am 99% sure that this adapter's microphone input sums all audio to mono, even if the input jack is 3.5mm TRS and the input signal is stereo. Many cheap USB to 3.5mm TRS adapters do this? They output stereo audio to headphones but sum input audio to mono, but your previous answer implied that it didn't sum to mono, which is why I bought it. Through my other audio interface, I am easily able to record in stereo from this same device through 3.5mm TRS, but it is big and not portable at all.

A: If you are using the BOYA EA2L Microphone to USB Adapter with a music device that outputs a mic level stereo signal and not using a microphone, then the stereo audio from your device is very likely being summed to mono output. Keep in mind that this item is an inexpensive consumer-level product designed for convenience to enable simple connection of a microphone to a computer for very basic applications like video conferencing and livestreaming where stereo audio is not typically desired. Nonetheless, I do understand that you are looking for a simple and portable device that will deliver stereo audio into your computer. Please contact us by phone or through live chat and we can assist you.

Q: 8. Why won't this work if I download and follow instructions?

A: For assistance on this item please email AskBH@a href= http://BHPhoto.com target= _blank BHPhoto.com/a with a description of what is happening when you try to use it and with what items.

Q: 9. Will this extend to two different screens on a mac or will both displays show the same screen?

A: It is always recommended to use a thunderbolt display adapter for a mac, however, this Rocstor USB Type-C to HDMI and VGA Dual Port Adapter will display 2 separate screens in MacOS, not mirrors.

Q: 10. Will this unit drive an ultrabook to VGA projector for powerpoint presentation without compromising resolution as seen with HDMI to VGA projector hookups?

A: It will work like a charm.
