Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. can these be used on a 650w or 1000w tungsten fresnel light?

A: Yes you can if you attach it to the barn doors

Q: 2. Can the adapter rings for LEE85 system be used with the LEE Seven5 system (already expired) ?

A: Unfortunately no, the Lee Seven5 holder will not fit the 85mm adapter.

Q: 3. Does it comes in pairs?

A: Correct. This is a pair of replacement fasteners.

Q: 4. Are these heat resistant?

A: They are heat resistant to some extent. However, it's recommended to allow for at least 2-3 inches of air space between the gel and the light.

Q: 5. Is this compatible with the SW150 original (Mark 1) system?

A: Yes. My original shield got lost quickly. Just never wanted to stay in. This one seems a little more snug to stay without falling at the slightest bump

Q: 6. Would a LEE Filters Seven5 Filter Holder fit on this adapter ring? (I know it is built for the 85 system)

A: This Lee Adapter Ring is only for the 85 System and would not fit the Seven5 Holder.

Q: 7. Is the padding inside the same as what is in the case that comes with the big stopper?

A: Yes it is.

Q: 8. Is there any information available on transmittance/absorption as a function of wavelength for this product? I would like to know how it affects CRI and CCT.

A: Since the Cinefoil is opaque and is intended for use as a masking product, the transmission would be zero. While Rosco lists the transmission/absorption on their site, it would be limited to color filters only.

Q: 9. Will this fit on my Sigma 24-70 lens?

A: Yes, the Lee 100 Landscape Kit will fit a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 Lens by adding the LEE Filters 82mm Wide-Angle Lens Adapter Ring for 100mm System Filter Holder, BH # LEARWA82. https://bhpho.to/3CVvrG1

Q: 10. What is the filter factor for this filter??? Is any adjustment in exposure required?

A: Lee says there is no filter factor for the Elements Circular Polarizer Filter (72mm). But this filter will block 1 stop of light at the maximum density setting.
