This extensive reach is complemented by a versatile image stabilization system that minimizes the appearance of camera shake by up to five stops.

A 2.36m-dot OLED electronic viewfinder is available as a clear and bright means for eye-level monitoring.
Built-in Wi-Fi allows you to wirelessly share your photos and movies with a linked smartphone or tablet as well as remotely control the camera from the mobile device by using the Camera Connect app.

I generally only use automatic option. I'm not technically camera savvy & was looking to replace my Nikon B700(which I've had 4+ years). Loved it, but showing wear & tear, and no longer available. I found the Canon SX70 to be similar in size & features. Extremely satisfied in it's performance so far. (Haven't had much luck with action shots, yet, but I'll keep trying.) 5

I have used the sx50 and 60 before so I got the 70 for the extra megapixels and what I found is the controls are all in great places, easy to find. The camera is a great size for traveling and for a full day of photography. 5
