A: The SSD in the Angelbird 1TB AtomX SSDmini with USB-C 3.1 Powered Docking Station & NP-F970 Battery Kit can be formatted while mounted to the Atomos Ninja V, which will delete all of the content on the drive, but you cannot transfer footage from the SSD to a computer without unmounting the SSD from the Atomos Ninja V.

I bought this 2 TB disk from Ninja V but with the latest firmware 10.54 and a Sony A7s3 camera this disk works with errors, when watching a video, the disk turns off and there are still various errors. Atomos wrote that these errors happen only with their 2 TB disk. The question is, do I need to buy another smaller drive or will this error be fixed with firmware updates?
