So I got a Good 150 and needed a new soft box. I wanted something that gave me direct light that didn't fill the whole room even when I had a bright light on the subject. This went perfectly with my new soft box and SL150. Keep the subject lit in all the right place. Im new to the grid but super cool piece of equipment. This is high quality too. The fabric seems pretty strong. 5

I've used softboxes from Godox/Aperture and this one from Angler is by far the best in terms of ease of use, construction and durability. The umbrella style is quick, efficient and reduces the chance of bending the rods. The diffusion and grid are easy to setup too, the inner one using velcro as well which is much better than the tiny little clips the other brands use. I also like that the metal dish insert reduces the hotspotting on the softbox 5

This grid fits perfect on my Angler 48 softbox. It directs the light evenly on my subjects faces. The velcro strip on the perimeter of the grid makes it easy to take on and off while you're shooting video or photography. If you are buying that softbox this grid is a must 5

Perfect fit for the angler softbox. Easy to install and remove. Focuses light nicely and makes it very directional, keeping it off the studio background. Holds up well to my generally destructive handling of equipment. 5
