A: On my setup, only one unit is plugged into my dsl router (192.168.0.xxxx) . The other two units connect using wifi. The second ethernet port on Deco is plugged into a switch. The computers plugged into the switch are in the same ip range (192.168.1.xxx) as the wifi clients. Short answer, they can just be plugged into the wall.

I get decent service from comcast but often streaming would cut out, be delayed. My old adapter was 802.11n, that I had had for several years. Now with this one streaming works, not problems. It's probably just going from n to a/c but anyway it works. 5

Bought this for my Mom's dated Win 10 PC so it could get WiFi. I always thought I had to have big antenna ears coming out of a dedicated network card, but this little USB seems to work just fine, just download the driver and there you go! 5
