The Sachtler Cover DV-2 Shipping Case is a hard plastic case designed to ship a Sachtler DA-752D tripod with various DV fluid heads. It is recommended for DV-2, DV-4, DV-6 and DV-8, FSB and Cine DSLR Fluid Heads as well as Speed Lock 75 CF and ENG 75/2 tripods. It has an adjustable top cover with about a 3.5" leeway.

A: This plate is meant for specific Sachtler Tripod Heads, the DV-8, DV-8/100 and Video 14/75. However the Bromwell Quick Release plate with screw for Bromwell & Sachtler quick release adapters is 1.2 x 1.7 inches, the same dimensions as your older head, so it should work for you.
