The Hedbox RP-DC50 Digital LCD Dual Battery Charger Kit with RP-DJC70 Battery Plates is a two-bay solution that safely charges your batteries while providing a 2.1A, 5 VDC USB output. Two JVC SSL-JVC50-compatible battery plates are included in this kit. Charge either a single battery, or simultaneously charge two batteries in less time that it takes to charge both individually. The dual-bay charger features interchangeable battery plates, which is helpful when you have more than one battery type in your kit. The backlit display shows battery charge status in both bays, and since it is backlit you can easily see the readout in bright or dim conditions.

The charger supports both standard and boost charging, with boost providing roughly 1.5x as much charging amperage for faster charging. A built-in 2.1A USB power port provides you with the opportunity to charge USB accessories. The charger features overcharge and overheating protection, as well as being able to test for short circuits within the battery itself.

The RP-DC50 charger can support two different battery plates at the same time. This allows you to mix and match the batteries. For example, you can charge one L-series battery at the same time you are charging an LP-E6 battery.

The LCD screen provides a clear display of the charging status, and the backlight enables reading the display even in the dark.

Intelligent charging systems such as Constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) charging mode where the charger CPU automatically adjusts charging current to be lower than the max charging current that the battery can accept to protect the battery from being overcharged. Intelligent Control MCU can automatically identify the voltage and number of batteries that are on the charger, and prevent overcharge depending of the charging mode that is selected.

Boost Charging is available at the push of a button to engage a high-speed charging mode. In standard charging mode the current power is 1A per one slot and 0.5A for both slots. In high-speed charging mode, the charger provides 1.5A current per one battery slot or 0.8A for both battery slots. When Boost mode is activated the Boost icon will be displayed. Please note that Boost mode is only recommended for use with batteries that have internal overcharge/overheating protection.

The charger will automatically adjust its charge voltage to match the attached batteries.

The charger can be powered by the included AC adapter, or the included car lighter power cord. Please note that to charge 14 VDC batteries (or higher), you need to power the charger via the AC power cord.

Please note that the USB power port is only active when the charger is in standard mode, and it is disabled when the charger is in Boost mode.

Excellent unit. Works very well. See at a glance the charge level of each battery. Just remember it is too large to carry in your day-camera bag.

I bought this to charge my fuji batteries. It's great being able to charge two at once. It was a plus when I realized I could also buy a Nikon plate to fit it. Now I'm set when I go on vacation with both cameras. I only need to bring this one charger. Highly recommend this.

Very nice charger. Charges batteries faster than the enclosed camera charger. Seems to work well with the regular Fuji batteries and the Watson Batteries. Hoping it does not effect the battery life of the camera. I included it in my carrying case with my X-T2.

Works great and I even think it charges my Fuji batteries faster. I love the status update screen so I know how much has charged. I haven't charged two batteries at once yet (usually only on trips is this needed), but I think it will work great. It is a tad heavier than I expected though.

Tis is the best battery charging solute I have ever had for my digital cameras. I particularly like the fact you can charge two at once and that you can check the amount of charge in each battery. So if I am going out on a job, I can simply grab my spare batteries and drop them in the charger.. press a button and I know if they are good to go or if they need a recharge. Well worth the money.
