I've been struggling to work in "adverse" light conditions, with not too much power for good hot lights and with a replacement led light set that has no power whatsoever. Got 3 Nanlite FS-150 and with a single light I was able to get more power than with the hot lights, very well-balanced white and extremely easy to control the lumens strength. I would recommend this for a small studio, for people or product photography. 5

Despite on the cheaper side, this light is plenty enough for my causal photography hobby. I did also bought a soft box which are perfect match for getting an even light on subject. 5

This was my first pro light. I use this as a key light for a chromakey set up for corporate work. This light helped to make keying a one click process. The light operates quietly and stays cool. White balance is perfect. Many features that a film maker could use that is above my paygrade. 5

The lights are awesome. I got this to work alongside my Nanlite 300B kit. There is very low fan noise and the light output packs of punch. Thd FS-150 is great for indoor lighting and the price wouldn't break the bank 5

I just bought a second one on sale. Excellent light, much better in most ways than the Aputure 120d. This light is more powerful and more color accurate than the Aputure. It is also an all-in-one head design which means no ballast or power sources hanging off of cables, which is good for me but others may want controls lower on the stand. If that's the case, it comes with a remote control. I can control all of my Nanlite FS lights with a single remote from the subject position. Build quality is wonderful, especially considering the price point and comparing to other inexpensive lights such as the Amarans or Amaran clones. The COB design is different so expect to use as designed, which is through diffusers like a soft box, instead of as a spot. I am glad that I researched and bought these Nanlite FS lights because honestly I have not used an LED lights that can do what these can for the price point offered. These lights are steal even at full price. 5

Picked up one of these lights on sale. Have used it as the key light with a parabolic soft box for interviews. Works great. Easy to dial in brightness. A very nice change from using my ancient hot lights. There was no issue of fan noise from the light. It ran very quiet. I was using a shotgun mic on a boom. Very satisfied with this purchase. 5
