A: It is better than no gloves using the The Heat Company Polartec Wind Pro Liner Gloves. But like most, once your hands eventually get wet they will get cold at some point.

A: Unfortunately Visual Echoes doesn't make a Better Beamer small enough to fit securely on the FL360L flash. I tried several models and 1 other brand and none worked. My solution was to buy a bigger flash & Better Beamer for those situations where I needed the longer reach of light.
