  Q: 7. I want to get this LX Dual Side by Side Arm for 2 Eizo 24 monitors.It seems to be good height. I am more worried about extension. I have a diagonal/radius corner desk, with my main monitor in front of the corner (so plenty of room behind monitor). My secondary monitor is angled to the first on a part of work surface which is only 24 deep. I don't want the monitor too far forward on that surface - about 13 from front of desk is good. Seems that is possible and one just has to play with placement of the grommet mount to get the most flexibility. Do you agree?

  Q: 8. Have a roll-top desk with a 2.5” cable routing hole near the back. Wondering if the mounting clamp would fit through that hole. Surface is 3/4” thick. Also how much room would be needed behind the clamp?

  A: No. The mounting clamp will not fit through a 2.5" hole. On the room behind the clamp- depending on the position of the monitor screens; leaving 1-2" would be ok.

  A: The desk clamp attaches to the edge of a desk or table, that can be up to 2.6" (6 cm) thick.

  Q: 10. I would use this mount on a standing desk, but my concern is that it needs a good amount of clearance behind the desk for the arms. I only have about 3 between my desk and the wall. Would it be able to fit in that space without the monitors being too close to the front of the desk? Thanks.

  A: I have a free standing desk and when the monitors are pushed all the way back they extend about 10 past the back of my desk. Where mine are at usually they are less than 7 . With that being said, if there was a wall behind my desk the arms articulate plenty and still allow a lot of flexibility. You could also only use 1 set of arms to reduce the range and not have the arms protrude beyond the back of the desk.
