The crossgrade, electronic download of SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition Vol. 1 Essential Orchestra from Vienna Symphonic Library is for owners of VI Special Edition Vol. 1 that wish to upgrade to SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition Vol. 1. It is a collection of the most common orchestral instruments and articulations in a resource-saving library. It can be used with Mac or Windows computers, standalone or running AU/VST/AAX Native compatible host software (sold separately), for producers, musicians, film composers, TV and broadcast professionals, and more.

The SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition Vol. 1 library contains 28 instruments and ensembles: solo strings and orchestral strings, solo instruments and ensembles of the brass section, woodwinds ranging from piccolo flute to contra bassoon, harp, drums and percussion, as well as celesta and the Bosendorfer Imperial grand piano.

In addition, all string and wind instruments offer Vienna Symphonic Library's legato performances—real note transitions—smoothly and authentically performed by the algorithms of the Vienna Instruments software player. Single note articulations include staccato, detache, sustained, sforzato, tremolo, and pizzicato.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What is max HDD drive for the UDM-SE?

A: The Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Dream Machine Special Edition, (B&H # UBUDMSE), has been tested with drives up to 16TB in size. No specific limit has been set so in theory it could support higher capacities but this hasn't been officially tested so we could not guarantee it.

Q: 2. What is the max throughput with IPS and DPS both turned on?

A: The Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Dream Machine Special Edition is rated for 3.5 Gb/s with IPS/IDS enabled.

Q: 3. Have unmanaged 10 port 10Gbe with SFP+ and 16 port 1Gbe netgear switch. Can I use that instead of a Ubiquiti switch POE+?

A: It is possible in some cases to use an unmanaged switch with the Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Dream Machine Special Edition, but this is not recommended. The switch may not be properly reported as part of your UniFi network, and results can be unpredictable. It is recommended to use a UniFi switch instead.

Q: 4. Di I need a special adapter to use this strap with a Manfroto tripod acra quick release?

A: Our Tripod Plate 50 and 70 are compatible with most Arca Swiss Plates and would be needed to use with the camera and tripod at the same time.

Q: 5. Can this strap bear the weight of canon 7dii with telephoto lens attached, about 6 lbs?

A: Thanks so much for contacting us. We understand your concern and can assure you that all of our straps are designed to safely carry all professional-level cameras and equipment and will easily hold 20kg (44 lbs) of static weight load. We recommend attaching the strap directly to the larger lens, as this will help distribute the weight more evenly. For an added layer of security and to help with peace of mind, we do recommend the use of the Camera Safety Tether that comes in the box with new a strap and is also available on our website as well as our Amazon store. Please be sure to take a moment to view the "How To" video on our website that demonstrates the proper attachment of the camera to the FR-5 using the carabiner for an extra snug fit.

Q: 6. what is the maximum weight can this product handle ?

A: BlackRapid straps are designed and tested to safely carry all professional-level cameras and equipment and will easily hold 20kg (44 lbs.) of static weight load. For an added layer of security and to help with peace of mind, we do recommend the use of the Camera Safety Tether that comes in the box with every new strap.

Q: 7. I purchased the Ubiquiti Dream Machine Special Edition already, Do I need the Next-Gen Gateway Pro as well for added security?

A: No, there is no need for another gateway on this Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Dream Machine Special Edition.

Q: 8. What is the difference between this model and the Sport Breathe strap?

A: The BlackRapid Sport Breathe Camera Strap is more ergonomic. It turns higher up onto the shoulder. It also has a wider strap that is 4 inches wide. The BlackRapid Curve Breathe Bundle (Special 50th Anniversary Edition) is 3.3 inches wide.

Q: 9. Could you take off the square C shaped strap holder and put on a large split ring to keep the square C from coming off ???

A: Are you referring to the Brad underarm stabilizer? If so, please contact us at customerrelations@blackrapid.com so we can better assist you. Thanks!

Q: 10. How large of a hard drive will the Dream Machine SE accept? (how many TB's?)

A: There isn't a storage capacity limit for hard drives in the Ubiquiti Networks UniFi Dream Machine Special Edition, however CMR drives are required.

I wanted a better solution for my home network than another router that looks like it could take off for space at any moment to return to its home planet.

I have a Google Fiber 8g connection and I wanted something that allows a connection straight from the Google Fiber Jack to the WAN Port of the Dream Machine without needing to go through Googles bridged router.

I then hardwired Unifi Access Points (uses PoE - no power cables!) and I can upgrade them individually as WiFi tech improves. Genius.

This gives you full network routing, firewall, route control, DHCP, VPN and as a bonus also works as IP cam video recorder. The setup and configuration is a breeze too. If you are novice in the world of networking I would not suggest this, but if you are power user, this thing is a beast. It has more than enough power to handle a home full of data hogs all using the connection at the same time with no impact to speeds or quality of use.

Another fun feature is you can have a second internet connection connected that works as either a fail-over or the Dream Machine can use both simultaneously and handles all the necessary routing internally so clients don't see any impact.

I can't imagine buying another home router from the normal consumer brands after using this.

Upgraded from a USG with Cloud Key Gen 1. This is a massive upgrade. Built-in VPN (wireguard, openvpn, teleport), much higher performance than USG with cloud key, allows for cameras to be connected as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Finally took the plunge into the Unifi world and I couldn’t be happier. I definitely have some learning to do but I had this thing up and running in less than five minutes. Can’t wait to expand my Unifi network.

We got this thing running in our test lab, getting ready for it to go live in 2 weeks. Excited to see it up and running in the Real Network.

It's not always about the hardware. For all the emphasis network gear manufacturers place on hardware, theoretical speeds, and being the first to implement draft Wi-Fi standards, they are surprisingly neglectful of the software that runs within.

Ubiquiti's UDM bucks the trend, showing how solid hardware with well-designed software create a seamless experience from the set-up to the tools for ongoing management of the network. One might say that it's very Apple-esque. But it goes further, offering knobs and dials-which 99% of people won't ever touch-for even the most meticulous network administrator. And yet, all of its features are artfully unified in a way that's reminiscent of my favorite Theodore Roosevelt quote: "speak softly and carry a big stick." You'll know it's powerful, and the UI doesn't even have to shout it out from a mountaintop.

Few years ago I purchased the original Dream Machine Pro, and it used enormous amounts of its CPU whenever intrusion detection and packet inspection was enabled. Otherwise, I quite liked having a controller, router and protection device (with an inserted WD Purple drive) in one chassis.

When I replaced it (about a year ago) I went back to OPNSense and PFSense running on a Protectli Celeron 4 port. This was a nice solution, and ran Siracata (same applet Ubiquiti uses for their firewall) well.

Well, the game is now changed, and whatever Ubiquiti has done to upgrade the Dream machine pro SE works for me. Have enabled most of the firewall features on it, and no hiccups at all. I have a 1 GbE up and down fiber link, and the only gotcha was ensuring your desired WAN port (you get three choices) is explicitly set to match your ONT, which for me was 1 GbE full duplex.

Getting 940 Mbps up and down, happy with that, 4 ms latency. Will update this after a few weeks, if anything changes! Very happy so far! Ubiquiti has also upgraded their network dashboard significantly, very well done!
