Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. how to make it receive?

A: In order for the wireless receiver to work, you will need to use a compatible transmitter with a microphone that operates on the same frequency band such as the Samson AH9 Wireless Transmitter with Fitness Headset Microphone - K: 470 to 494 MHz (B&H # SASW9QTCEK). The Samson AirLine 99m AH9 Wireless UHF Fitness Headset System - K: 470 to 494 MHz (B&H # SAW9A9SQEK) is the complete wireless system that includes the receiver and transmitter with a microphone.

Q: 2. I bought this exact set 4 years ago and I use it every day in the classroom: Sept-June. Is it not supposed to last longer? Is 4 years its lifespan?

A: A wireless mic system like the Samson AirLine 88x Wireless Fitness Headset Microphone System can last longer than four years. If used every day, it is possible for a component to be damaged that could cause the system to stop working. Problems can occur with any wireless mic system and replacement parts may still be available for your system. If you are having a problem with your Samson AirLine system, please feel free to contact us by phone or through live chat on the website and we can help you to troubleshoot.

Q: 3. Hello, does this wireless headset microphone work for mirrorless cameras? Any additional accessory is needed for it to work?

A: Yes, the Samson AirLine Micro Wireless Earset System can be connected to a mirrorless camera. You can use a standard 3.5mm TRS aux cable like the StarTech Right-Angle 3.5mm to Right-Angle 3.5mm Stereo Audio Cable - Black, 3' (B&H # STMU3MMS2RA), the Pearstone Stereo Mini Male to Stereo Mini Male Cable - Black, 6' (B&H # PEMMSA106B), or any similar cable in the length that you desire.

Q: 4. What kind of additional wireless connection need to use with speakers?

A: This system has an unbalanced 1/4 output and a balanced XLR out. To use with wireless speakers, you need a system with those inputs that can transmit the wireless signal to your speakers. This cannot transmit directly to speakers.

Q: 5. Which airline wireless to go with zip code 73092 ?

A: All of the frequency options for the Samson AirLine Micro Wireless Earset System with the K band will work in your area. Since the AirLine Micro system operates on a single fixed frequency, if you are using more than one system at the same time, each system needs to be a different frequency.

Q: 6. Why choose one frequency band over the other?

A: If you already have one of this system in Band K, then you would get your 2nd system in Band D to avoid the possibility of interference with your first system. If you do not already have one of these systems then it does not matter which frequency band you choose.

Q: 7. Can this system connect with speakers wirelessly?

A: If you have a power speaker you can connect the receiver with the speaker using the XLR Output to XLR speaker Input. Yes, is possible.

Q: 8. Can you use both at the same time?

A: No, only one transmitter from the Samson Concert 88 Camera Combo UHF Camera Wireless System can be used at a time since the receiver has one channel.

Q: 9. can you get a replacement mic for the airline vawxm wireless system?

A: Samson does not offer the HM60 microphone that is included with system as a separate part at this time. However, you can contact Samson directly to ask about getting replacement part for your wireless system and they should be able to help. You can reach customer service at Samson by phone at 516-870-7200. Their offices are based in Hicksville, New York and they are available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
