This Watson Pro Dual Position Li-Ion Charger supports two V-mount batteries and offers a 4-pin XLR power output, providing dual-purpose functionality in a portable, handy design. It's capable of simultaneous charging, and the XLR port offers useful versatility. An ergonomic carry handle, flip-out kickstand, rubberized feet, On/Off switch, and LED status indicators complete the design and allow for comfortable and efficient operation.

This charger is able to charge two batteries with up to 6.6Ah capacities simultaneously, delivering 2.5A to each battery. For batteries with capacities of 8.8Ah or more, it provides sequential charging at 5A, first charging one to 85%, and then switching to fully charge both.

The 4-pin XLR power output can be used to power select cameras from an AC outlet or off of connected batteries. A special feature of this charger is that when it's connected to a power outlet, it is capable of charging the batteries and providing power through the XLR output at the same time, as opposed to one or the other as is more common.

Additionally, an XLR cable is included, giving you everything you need to make full use of this charger. The charger supports 100-240 VAC power input, so it can be used worldwide with the right plug adapters (sold separately).

I like the watson batteries. They are on the cheaper side but have held up well over the years. I have been really happy with mine. I encounter a lot of batteries as I travel around the us and most people have junkly looking and feeling batteries. These power my stuff like they should but also I have to take them off and put them on. I have a to see them and be seen with them. Look and feel is important.

Love this battery on my cinema rigged Sony FX3. Light weight and great form factor, I pass power by usb-c to the FX3, run D-tap to my monitor and charge my wireless receiver for audio all at the same time.

The only compact footprint battery I found with a USB Type C port. It also has USB A, microUB and D-Tap. It is only slightly bigger overall that the IDX micro model. But the Watson allows me to quickly top off my laptop, drone and Tentacle Sync E or Track E during a break with USB C and my SONY A6400 via microUSB.. The USB A port powers my iPhone with the OEM lightning cable when it needs it. The other highlight is that it lasted 4:08 hours before it was depleted and the Komodo with WiFi ON and screen brightness set to 50% lost power. It was an endurance test to see how long 98Wh could since I couldn't find real-world info anywhere. While filming I just glance at the built in screen and see how much power it has left. There are also 4 leds to indicate the charge level.
Finally its weight and size are great at counterbalancing the lens upfront. I shot with a SIGMA 18-35 T2 for a continuous 24h last weekend and the rig felt great with 8Sinn cage + Nato Rail Top Pro handle. 10A continuous max draw. I haven't had to draw more so far the way I use my gear.
Highly recommended.
