Q: 1. The cross pole seems to have different sized holes and one upright fits through hole and other doesn't? Not understanding the fit? Are there pieces missing? Just have 2 stands, cross pole and curtain? Are the 2 stands supposed to be identical? Help Thanks Tom

A: I'm very sorry to hear that you're having trouble. The stands are supposed to have identical studs at the top to allow the crossbar to fit. Q: 2. Can this be used with continuous tungsten lights?

A: Yes, the Savage White and Black Umbrella (36"), B&H # SAPUR36WB, can be used with continuous tungsten light fixtures.

Q: 3. Does this Savage 6'x7' dark gray and light gray Collapsable backdrop come with a carry bag and does the 8' stand have the clip to hold the backdrop?

A: Yes this background does include a case and a clip on the stand to hold the background from the top.

Q: 4. How many inches long is the umbrella when folded?

A: Unfortunately, Savage does not list the length of the Savage Translucent Umbrella (36 ) when folded. The best I can list is the packaging dimensions for the umbrella are listed as 30.0 x 3.0 x 1.5 , so I would guess the umbrella is slightly shorter than 30 inches when folded closed.

Q: 5. is the top rod adjustable? What is the max width it can be?

A: The cross bar in this kit can extend to a maximum of 125 inches.

Q: 6. Can the white side be used as a fill card/reflector?

A: Good question. I have not tested it's reflective properties of this product. My guess is that it will to a certain extent - as will a foam core white board for a few bucks from an office supply store. But other products are designed with specific materials to optimize reflection.

Q: 7. How much weight will the Savage Port-A-Stand support?

A: The Savage Port-A-Stand would be able to support up to 25 lbs.

Q: 8. What size is the chroma?

A: This backdrop measures 10 feet wide by 12 feet tall. There is a 2 inch rod pocket sewn in across the top of the 10ft edge for hanging.

Q: 9. Is Monsoon background more of a green than grey on one side?
