Q: 1. How many inches long is the umbrella when folded?

A: Unfortunately, Savage does not list the length of the Savage Translucent Umbrella (36 ) when folded. The best I can list is the packaging dimensions for the umbrella are listed as 30.0 x 3.0 x 1.5 , so I would guess the umbrella is slightly shorter than 30 inches when folded closed.

Q: 2. The cross pole seems to have different sized holes and one upright fits through hole and other doesn't? Not understanding the fit? Are there pieces missing? Just have 2 stands, cross pole and curtain? Are the 2 stands supposed to be identical? Help Thanks Tom

A: I'm very sorry to hear that you're having trouble. The stands are supposed to have identical studs at the top to allow the crossbar to fit. A: According to Savage, the background is machine-washable with mild detergent and tumble drying it on a low setting.

A: The corssbar has a max width of 10.6'. It is telescopic.

A: This battery has a capacity of 9600 mAh / 69 Wh. The extended version has a battery capacity of 12,800 mAh / 92 Wh.

Q: 8. I need to display a 35lb quilt. Will this hold or should I buy a middle support?

A: The quilt will hang much differently than a roll of seamless, which spreads it's weight over the entire roll. I would not use this stand for your quilt- the center of the crossbar will take all the weight, and the stands-if not weighted down-will fall in.

Q: 9. What is the diameter of the stem?

A: As per OC White; This is a 1/2” pin for a 1/2” hole.

Q: 10. Do you think this is a better deal than the savage economy product?

A: The backgrounds in the Savage Accent kit are much larger, 10x 24. And the Economy kit the backgrounds are 5x 9. For shots larger than head and shoulders the Accent kit is much better because the backgrounds are too small on the Economy kit.
