A: The Celestron TrailSeeker 100 22-67x100 has no filters. If you are referring to the objective lens cap that comes with the scope. That would slip over and cover the objective. Which is 100mm.

A: Any Home Depot or Lowes. Its Black Pipe 1 1/2 Diameter. Come in 10' legnths. Use a cupler for longer lengths. By all of this right off the shelf!

A: All you would need to mount your Canon T3i onto this Spotting Scope is a T-Mount Adapter. You could do the Vello Lens Mount Adapter- T-Mount Lens to Canon EOS Camera. What you will do is peel the eyecup part of the scope off, and the T-Adapter Ring will thread onto the top of the Eyepiece where the Eyecup was. Then you can mount your camera onto that ring. The Ruger 430T scope rail for you Ruger 10/22 rifle is a No Brainer, it fits perfectly on your Ruger receiver and using the Weaver Quad Lock Rings to secure your scope is the only way to go, in my opinion. I have never had a problem while using the Ruger Multi Base on my other 10/22 rifles. Highly recommend these Ruger Base rails. 5
