Using a suspension line to support a camera rig weighing 26 to 33 lb, this system takes the load off your shoulders, neck, and arm muscles and distributes it across your torso. This lets you shoot for longer periods of time without worrying about arm fatigue. The system consists of a Small Cinema Flex vest, a 600N shock absorber, and a 5" extended top bar. Also included is a carrying bag for convenient storage and transport of the Easyrig system.

Q: 4. Can this squeeze into a Pelican 1600 case?

A: No, we are afraid not. The folded Easyrig is 26 long where as the Pelican 1600 is only 21.43 long in it's interior. So we suggest the Pelican 1615Air Wheeled Check-In Case (Black, with Pick-N-Pluck Foam) B&H # PE1615ACWFBK. Its interior is 29.59 long and will easily accommodate the Easyrig.

Q: 5. Will I need any extra parts to connect this with my DJI Ronin? Ronin 1, (not the Ronin 2)

A: It is our understanding that you can attach the Ronin 1 without issue.

Q: 6. The rugged rubber in the post behind his neck is a suspension system or is just a cover?

A: The rubber cover on the vertical section of the bar of the FLYCAM Flowline 600N Professional Ergonomic Camera Support Vest (B&H# FLCMFLN600N) covers a connection between the upper and lower portions of the bar where the angle of the horizontal section of the bar may be adjusted. It is just a cover.

I bought this for photography - to carry filters, extenders, remote cables, etc. It works very well. 21 pockets but some are not useful for me so far as they are too small or odd shape, but I may find a use for them. Seems very well made, except as others noted, the zippers are tricky. If you close the zippers all the way it is next to impossible to get them open again. All of them have this problem. So I leave them opened about half an inch then they seem to work fine. They run very large. I am 5'9 and weight 165 pounds. I bought a small and this is just right for me. Still roomy enough that I can wear it over a thick sweatshirt or jacket. But not too big that it works fine with just a T-shirt also. Normally, I would wear a medium or large. So I suggest you order at least one size smaller than what you normally wear. The way it fits me, I would say the small is the same as a normal North American size large. Very satisfied so far - time will tell how it holds up, but I am optimistic it will last for many years. 5
