Using a suspension line to support a camera rig weighing 8 to 13 lb, this system takes the load off your shoulder, neck, and arm muscles and distributes it across your torso. This lets you shoot for longer periods of time without worrying about arm fatigue. The system consists of a Standard Gimbal Flex vest, a 200N shock absorber, and a 9" extended top bar. Also included is a carrying bag for convenient storage and transport of the Easyrig system.

A: The camera top handle clamp can attach itself around the SmallRig DSLR Action NATO Handle B&H # SM1955 .

Q: 6. would it be possible to get a ronin s inverted mounted on an easyrig mini with a c200?

A: Would do not believe this would be possible and do not recommend it. The Ronin-S is really designed for smaller cameras and using a larger camera like the C200 on it might not be possible.

Q: 7. Hi, will this work with the Smallrig 15mm dual rod mount (942)? I need to connect a follow focus as well as a lens support that bolts onto the lens foot. Can only do this with rods, unfortunately.

A: While it may or may not work depending on how you configure those items together, there is no inherent incompatibility between the SmallRig Extended Quick Release Plate for DJI RS 2/Ronin-S Gimbals (B&H# SM3031B) and the SmallRig 942 Super Lightweight 15mm LWS Rod Bracket v3 (B&H# SM942).

Q: 8. Does this work with regular Arca Swiss tripod heads?

A: The SmallRig Extended Quick Release Plate for Select DJI Ronin Gimbals is a Manfrotto style plate. It is not Arca-Swiss compatible.

At first I was intimidated by the price -- but once I saw and handled this gimbal head, my conclusion was price was totally justified. I use this tripod head for very long lenses (400mm and 800mm) when photographing wildlife (mostly birds). It is superb in every way for long lenses and easily superior than even the most bulky ball head. In addition, the Wimberley mounting plates and flash brackets are first class in every respect. HIghest recommendation. 5

If you own a Super Telephoto..... Buy it NOW! As a Professional I, spend 6-8 hrs a day on the beach using this baby, and cant seem to give it enough praise. Well machined, solid, smooth pan and tilt and rock solid when on a high quality tripod.� Weighs a bit more than carbon fiber heads, but given Wimberely's reputation, that extra few ounces was a non-factor.� Easily holds a 500mm and my 200-400mm long lenses and once balanced, you can let go with no reservations.� Highly recommended! 5

I have had many tripod and head combinations over the years. When I recently starting doing a large volume of bird photography with 400mm and 800mm lenses, I purchased this Wimberley Head. It is fantastic, and, for use with long teles, far superior to any other head I have used. It is rock solid, easy to operate and there are a wide range of accessories available to enhance its performance (eg. off camera flash brackets that mount onto the tripod mounting plate). Excellent and highly recommended. 5
