The 11.8" Ambient Recording HBYA7-MP Y-Cable is a mixer-to-camera inverse breakout Y-cable for Sound Devices MixPre-3 and MixPre-6.

The cable is terminated with a 7-pin XLR male connector at one end and two 3.5mm TRS right-angle connectors (on coiled cords) at the other end.

I like the right angle micro-HDMI input. The cable seems to have a quality build and I prefer the coil to a straight cable. I've put a lot of stress of=n the cable and it has managed to stay properly inserted and provided a clean feed, throughout. 5

I will make this review quick... This cable is perfect for a small rig with an Atomos Monitor and a Sony A7s. Stays in both HDMI sockets tight and never comes out. I never have an issue with image going in and out. Exactly what you need for Atomos monitors. 5

I thought this hdmi cable would not be stable enough on my sony a7sii but i was wrong. There is no lose in connectivity, light and a 5 star connection with my camera. Highly recommended. 5

I like the flexibility that this adds to my rig! I used to have my HDMI cable wrapped around various parts of my rig to keep it from flappin' in the breeze but this has allowed me to reduce the overall length of my HDMI cable as well as the flexibility to move my monitor without adding tension to the HDMI port. I also run my audio jumper from the camera to the monitor through the center of the HDMI coils to keep things neat and managed. 5
