Tiffen's 58mm Ultra Contrast 1/8 Glass Filter uses the surrounding ambient light, not just light in the image area, to evenly lighten shadows throughout. Use this filter where contrast control is needed without any other effect on sharpness or highlight flare being apparent.

A: Yep, the specs of the G50 say that the front filter size is a 58mm and so is the fisheye. Should be good to go.

A: Assuming the lens hood is removable, yes.

A: I am sorry. We do not have an image of the pouch. It is a rigid, faux leather, u-shaped pouch with a fold-over closure.

Q: 8. Will this filter interfere with the handle on my canon xf605?

A: The Opteka 58mm 0.3X HD Ultra Fisheye Lens Adapter will work with the Canon XF605's 58mm lens filter threads. You will probably need to remove the hood. We do not think it would hit the top handle.

Q: 9. Will this fit a Sony vx2000? Or is this the baby death lens?

A: Yes it fit the vx2000. Baby death lens is to small for the vx2000 as I made that mistake

A: This lens will work withe SONY DCR-VX1000 camcorder. They both offer 58mm filter threads.
