This is the Arri 8-Leaf Barndoor for the ST1 Studio Fresnel. The barndoor set is constructed of a high strength-to-weight ratio metal which provides durability and resistance to bending. The four additional leaves swing forward, ensuring greater control of spill and tunneling of the light beam. Each leaf is user-tightenable.

Q: 2. It appears that the 150W light in this kit is supplied with a bulb having a 2900 degree color temperature, while the other two lights are supplied with 3200 degree bulbs. Are 3200 degree bulbs available that would fit in the 150 watt housing? And can anyone comment on how likely the 2900 vs 3200 difference is to be a significant issue in video'ing indoor interviews? A: While there are no 3200° K bulbs for the Arri 150 Fresnel, the difference in color temperature can be supplemented with the use of a CTB filter or with a custom white balance setting in the camera.

Q: 3. Does this work with ARRI 650W?

Q: 4. can i upgrade my bulbs to 220v on these units?

A: These lights can accept bulbs for use in a 220v environment which can be purchased separately. For the 650 Fresnel, you can use the Sylvania/Osram FRL (650W/230V). The 300 Fresnel can use the GE FSL Lamp (300W/230V). Lastly, the 150 Fresnel can use the Ushio JCV Lamp (200W/230V). Please see the images below for reference.

For tungsten lights if you change the white balance to cancel the yellow tones does it produce high quality, clean and non yellowish footage?
