A: Yes it will. I have (4) of these ans use on our (2) XF105's an XA20 and XA10. My only issue is that the VZ Stealth LX has a Data button and a manual/auto focus button that does not seem to function on the XF105. The zoom and focus controls, record and on/off works great.

A: Sorry, this will not power on or off the camcorder.

A: This is a LANC controller, the camcorder will need to have a LANC connection for this to work with it. The HDR-FX1000 and HXR-MC88 both have LANC connections and will work. However the CX900 does not have a LANC Connection though, it will not work with this controller.
