it's a simple enough piece of technology but it's very useful. I use it in conjunction with a clamp on my shelf to mount a microphone to my desk. Solid, works great. 5

I needed this for a custom rig and it turned out better than expected. It's very sturdy / solid and you can make minor adjustments and it holds in place perfectly. Great construction. 5

A nice little gooseneck to give you some wiggle room for aiming mics or wireless antennae. I bought black so it wouldn't stand out when it is up in the rigging and a light hits it. Not a lot of money and it doubles as a moose call (Really! Blow through the end of it! But to attract the really big moose, you'll need the 13 gooseneck.) 5
