I bought a really good Satchler tripod that came with its soft bag. A fellow cameraman recommended me to buy this case. I wasn't conviced because I had already bought so much gear...but thank God I did. First of all, forget about carrying the tripod with you on a plane. You will always have to check it in. Second, if you do it with the soft bag you will have no tripod in a month considering how they treat luggage at airports. The case is light, has wheels to carry around and fits the tripod, cables, battery chargers, dirty laundry hehe...whatever you want to put in. It's great when you are on assignment. I had it for a month, already took over 18 flights (with it) and I couldn't be happies.My tripod is is tip top condition. The case is no more than 3 or 4 kilos, with everything in it, it weights no more than 12 kilos (depending on how heavy your tripod is).

I'm a big fan of HPRC cases after getting some custom lazer-cut ones for my DJI products and this tripod case is no exception. I fit two tripods, slider, and soft bag into the case for travel jobs. Large enough for my needs and sturdy enough to take a beating from FedEx or airline baggage handlers. It's also really light so the case itself isn't eating into your weight limit.

I've now bought 3 of these to hold various tripods and they are rock solid, good quality and easy to wheel around, with nice thick rubbery handles. They've stood up to major abuse at a rental house.

I had to fly to location on my own to film for a friend this week. I have much larger golf club case that I have not used for years because it is too big. This one fit my Miller tripod and head inside its own case plus a light stand and other accessories. The two wheels on the end make it very easy to move around the airport and location. Also bought a small TSA lock that worked fine . Very good case.

I needed a hard-shell solution for my tripod, especially as checked baggage for air travel. The HPRC did the trick.

It arrives with some assembly required: the interior padding and security straps need to be installed. Fortunately, it’s easy enough to do this, because the instructions that are packed with it are printed in a microscopic font size. The exterior is tough and well-built.

The case holds up to travel and includes tabs for TSA locks. I definitely trust this case to stand up to the rough handling from airline baggage systems.

Good size. Lightweight. Sturdy. Already made it through one international trip, packed full (two tripods, two nano light stands, several magic arms and other grip).. all arrived in great condition. I expect it to hold up well.

I love my roller case because it make traveling so easy. I can store two tripods and feel secure that they will land where ever I travel. Not only is it convenient, but also portable.

Says it all... it works great. A couple of things, though; It's well made, maybe not quite up to the rigidity of a Pelican case, but given the odd shape and need to be fairly lightweight it's an acceptable compromise. The tripod padding kit is a bit odd. Though the fabric ends provide some padding, I think they expect the bulk of it to be provided by the thick foam pads. Here's the thing... the interior volume is generous, and unless you have a tripod with a substantial girth it isn't going to fill up the space between the foam upper and lower pads. Putting a tripod in it's soft case THEN putting it in seems to take up the space well, but seems wasted. I can fit a Flowtech easily; and a lightstand; and a boom pole; and a small slider. May take the foam pads out and just wrap everything in neoprene wrap/pads. Definitely try it with your gear before you put the foam pads in - it may fit/work better. All in all a really great case. It does come in at the very max for check in luggage size so a gate agent may call it oversize but the 6300 case really isn't - their larger one certainly would be.

This case is perfect of r three stands, a tripod and a few small modifiers. It is easy to roll, and actually was the envy of the production when the other photographers and assistants saw it.
I hope they make one larger, but if not, I'm getting a 2nd one soon.

Light weight and sturdy. The wheels are a great touch and makes life much easier when you have lots of cases to haul through airports or to location. Lengthwise opening is better than typical opening through cover at one end because it is easier to load and secure other gear in the case. Only con is that padding is kind of thin, but still serviceable. Overall very happy with this purchase.
