The black NX300M Mirrorless Digital Camera with 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS Lens from Samsung offers a 20.3MP APS-C CMOS sensor and the DRIMe IV image processing engine for sharp, low-noise images with accurate colors and is combined with a compact 18-55mm zoom lens and a hot shoe mount flash unit. With fast dual-channel Wi-Fi instant image sharing is possible via the Samsung SMART CAMERA App. Simply download the app to your smartphone or tablet and the NX300M will automatically detect your device and instantly transfer images to your phone or tablet for sharing. A: In the USA, the Canon 400D is referred to as the Canon Rebel XSi camera. This lens is compatible with the camera, however this camera pre-dates the STM technology used in this lens for video recording purposes (which the 400D/XSi do not have anyhow). Using this lens on your camera will perform the same as the original kit lens offered with the camera.

A: The Canon EF-S 18-55mm lens is not a macro lens. The Canon Powershot SX700 HS is a point and shoot camera and cannot accept an SLR lens, however, this camera has a macro setting which is designated by the symbol of a flower.

A: The main differences are the flip/touch screen and the wifi connectivity. The camera takes good stills but the video function doesn't perform well. I actually sent the 300M back and now have a Panasonic GX7. For what it retails for now it is one of the best mirrorless cameras available in my opinion. It is a micro 4/3 camera and not a cmos sensor but the image quality is super and the sensor difference is insignificant for general, everyday usage.
