Q: 2. How easy is it to remove a drive? This is a big problem with some other Sabrent enclosures.

A: Be sure the SSD is properly attached, open disk utility to view all connected devices check if formatting is an issue. Also check the drive on other units to see if it's a issue only on one machine, or if it could be the drive itself.
