A: The battery charger I bought is a PEARSTONE and my batteries are 2600mAh I dont know if it may be considered as a UNIVERSAL one , but if that charger has the same problem than mine the only way to place the batteries correctlly is by marking or writing a + sign in the upper side of the charger ( below the Brand name) in such a way we can see it well when replacing batteries to charge. The charger does have the + sign indicator but is in the deep of the battery holder and almost invisible. It is easy to confuse and placing batteries up side down results in charger burning almost inmediately. I had that God damn experience..

I bought Lumintops a few months ago that were supposed to be neutral and they turned out to be very overbalanced toward yellow and I returned them. This Olight is now my favorite ever mini, every day carry single cell AAA flashlight. With the O ring removed, it's very easy to operate one handed. I removed the tail strap and put a clip on it from one of my other AAA flashlights. It doesn't come with it's on clip. But with a clip it's an excellent night light for a bicycle when clipped to a baseball cap. With a fully charged rechargeable Eneloop AAA it stays bright for 50 minutes.
